The two member libraries of Ferenc R\u00e1k\u00f3czi Library, the J\u00f3zsef L\u00e9vay Museum Library and the Szab\u00f3 L?rinc Foreign Language Library, have been operating since 1994 in the monumental building at Mindszent t\u00e9r 2. According to archival sources, in the 1700s there was already a one-storey, baroque-style residential building, which received a floor in the 19th century and was extended. The house is named after G\u00e1bor Doleschall (1813-1891), chief medical officer of the county, a prominent public figure of 19th century Miskolc.
