If the desired document can be found in the library stock but it is not available for some reasons, it is possible to reserve it. The library notifies you – by phone, e-mail or letter - about the opportunity of the borrowing. In case of notifying by phone or letter please pay the postage by the recording of the reservation. The e-mail notification is cost-free.
We ensure the opportunity for the online reservation as well which can be launched in the on-line catalogue.
The institute keeps the reserved documents for 5 opening days, in case of stock and AV documents it is 3 days. After this term we delete the reservation.
